NOTR-ON AUTOMATIC LIQUID SEALANT 200 ML

A neutral oxime-based new generation liquid sealant.

Does not release any odor that could negatively affect sensors during curing.

Resistant to shrinkage and cracking caused by exposure to thermal cycles.

After curing, it works between -60 °C and +300 °C.

Developed with a resistant formulation, especially for oily and dirty surfaces.

Once cured, it is resistant to oil, antifreeze, gasoline, diesel, and seawater.

Can be removed when necessary.

Provides strong adhesion, coverage, continuous elasticity, and extra sealing.

Packaged in a dosage-controlled automatic new cartridge.

Application Method

Surface Preparation:
Clean dust, oil, and dirt from the surfaces to be in contact with the liquid sealant. If there are any previous sealant residues, they should be removed by mechanical methods.

Application Method:
Apply the liquid sealant to a single surface. Wait 5-10 minutes, then join the parts together. For small sealing surfaces, parts can be joined immediately if necessary.
Before application, open the package, remove the safety seal, and adjust the required dosage setting using the gray ring. Press the plastic pedal to release the liquid sealant. When the pedal is released, the flow stops. To preserve the product for the next use, adjust the dosage setting and close the packaging cap.

Application Areas:

• Sealing all surfaces and filling corrosion gaps
• Used in cars, trucks, buses, military vehicles, ships, machinery, heating systems, industrial furnaces, and chimneys
• Sealing sensitive surfaces exposed to high heat or temperature changes, where rubber, cork, or Klingerit-type seals cannot be applied
• Used in all engine sealing areas, differential covers, carburetor covers, pumps, thermostats, gearboxes, transmissions, and surfaces exposed to vibration and heat

Warnings:

• Do not throw full/empty packaging into fire. Keep away from direct sunlight and store at temperatures not exceeding +50°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a well-ventilated area.
• Keep away from ignition sources, and do not smoke.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
• Use appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses/mask during application.
• If you feel unwell or have an accident, immediately seek medical attention.
• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the container or label.
• Do not dispose of in sewage systems. Dispose of waste and container according to local hazardous or special waste disposal regulations.
